Long night with sick kids!

With five sick kids it is hard to function properly. I already had a hard time with my kids, but after last night I am more thankful for the "easy" days. Here is the schedule of awakenings. Of course, all the kids took turns waking up at different times.
22:30 we hit the sack
23:00 Aiden crying
23:30 Aiden again
00:00 Oakley crying
00:30 Oakley and Aiden coughing fit
1:00 Morgan needed suctioning
1:30 Andrew crying
2:00 Oakley coughing
3 hour stretch of sleep
5:00 Oakley coughing
5:30 Oakley crying
6:00 Paige and Morgan crying
7:00 Aiden and Andrew awake for the day
7:30 Paige and Morgan awake for the day
8:00 Oakley awake for the day
So, pray for my kids. Pray that they survive their colds and their tired, crabby mom!

5 sick kids at once argg! What a rough night. I think you have a good reason to stay in your jammies all day, put in a movie or two and just console sick kids with lots of love. It is so miserable when kids are sick, hope you all have a speedy recovery!

I am home and refreshed from my trip. I have soaked up plenty of sun, although it might not last until this winter is out of here, but I am ready to help. PLEASE call when I can take some kids for a bit.

Bless you, bless you, bless you. I was up with my 2 girls 4 times last night and was totally crabby about it . . . I need an attitude adjustment. Hope your kids feel better soon so you can get some sleep!

Wow. Please tell me they are better now! Nothing drives me down into depression faster than sick children. We will definitely pray for you!
