Easter...

I have no desire to do an Easter post. I have no idea where these strange, new feelings are coming from. Usually I am thinking about what I am going to post about when the activity is taking place. Not so with all our Easter activities. And believe me, we had a lot of Easter activities! Do these new feelings make me a bad mother? Or, heaven forbid, a bad blogger? Who knows and who cares...really? So, here is a picture from Easter. All the kids sitting on our bed waiting to find their baskets and eggs. Morgan was a little upset obviously.
The Easter Bunny was good to all of us. I got showered with Reeses Peanut Butter Eggs. My whole top shelf in my freezer is chuck full of this delicious treat! I mean this is what Easter is all about right? Peanut Butter Eggs. ;) I don't want all you people out there that did egg hunts and Easter fun for my kids to think I don't appreciate all the time and work that went into it. Thanks to all of you! We had such good times at all these events, but my heart just isn't into going through over 100 pictures and picking the "best" ones to blog about. What is happening to me???

Is that really Amy talking? I have never known you to have a feeling like that! But I have no room to talk, I have had those feelings quite frequently as of late. But I am trying to work my way through them!

As a brand new blogger I can't understand your feelings! I wanted to do 3 different posts yesterday, but restrained myself to just the one!

You have my favorite treat in your freezer! I've already stolen a few from Sophie's basket!

Weird! You must be getting sick. Really though, after what you've been dealing with at home, it's totaly understandable.

Wow Amy, what is wrong with you? Five kids under four...days without end of cleaning up (and consoling kids) with excessive amounts of vomiting and diarrhea. I can't even begin to understand why you are running our of energy to blog! :) Glad you got your Easter treats...I have to admit they are the best.

I know how you feel. I haven't been feeling like blogging a lot lately, either. Eventually I'll probably get an Easter post up, but I'm not in a hurry.

Amy, you're not a bad blogger--we enjoyed your Easter blog---just please keep it up!! As great grand-parents we need to see it!! Love

Holy peanut butter eggs! Yowza!:)

Don't know what to tell you about the apathetic blogging thing. For me, that would be pretty normal. For you, I don't think you're in any danger of routinely slacking on pics. Your blog is a masterpiece, really.

P.S. so sad to hear about all the sick kids. Hope they're doing better.

Amy I have been feeling the same way! Hence the reason why I had all my Easter posts in 1! I think I was so exhausted from Easter! You better get out of your funk though! I love your blog!

I go through those blogging phases all the time. Loved the picture of your prized Reese's. They're making me crave some of my own.

I didn't really want to do an easter post either, cause I knew any blog I read for the next week would ALL have posts about easter! Call me rebellious, or boring...I don't know, I think I'm kind of glad I left my camera at Rich's mom's house. Except for the un easter pics I want to post. I guess I can't have it both ways. I don't feel so guilty now though, if I know it can happen to you too!

I took a break from bloggin a while back. It was kind of a needed break and then started again. Sometimes you just get sick of it...although I think to many people are addicted to your blog and would go through major withdrawals!

I understand where you are coming from - b/c I currently feel the same way. I say just do what makes you happy (such as eating one of those delicious pb easter eggs).

*And your latest comment on my blog was really sweet - thank you.

OH! I want to eat those Reeses in your freezer right now. Mike still doesn't get the whole frozen chocolate thing. That's my favorite. If it's not frozen, it's not worth eating as far as I'm concerned.

I go through blogging slumps all the time. You honestly are Blog Queen, so I think we'll all give you a pass for a bit while you gather your wits about you.

And PS, that pic of Andrew is still my favorite.

I'm in the same boat. I have a ton to catch up on and just don't feel like it! My family has even been getting after me to get recent pictures of Avery on there. Oops!

I thought this was a perfectly acceptable post, Amy! I am so behind on my blog that I am seriously considering just baggin' it! :) I still like to read everyone else's, though.

What will I do if you slump away into non-blogging oblivion. You must pull through! :) Maybe it's all the sugar. I feel kind of apathetic too.
