"There No Place Like Pom Pom's"

I love Wyoming. Love the feeling I get when we get through the last mountain range and you see Star Valley for the first time. Love driving down the long highway looking for Hillstead's silo. Love coming up to the little dirt road. And, finally, LOVE arriving at Pom Pom's. I spent so much of my childhood playing in SV with cousins, waiting impatiently for the next time we got to go to WY, and wishing I lived there and never had to leave. I just love it there. We got to see Pom Pom for a bit before we made our way up the Greys. It was fun. I just wish it had been around breakfast time so we could have feasted on her delicious pancakes. There are definitely no pancakes like Pom Pom's.

Love memories of happy childhood times. My favorite place to go throughout my childhood was Bountiful--where my grandma lived. Coming every summer from Denver and finally being able to see the "B" on the mountain was SO exciting. Thanks for this post--it made me think of some of my most wonderful memories!

I love the picture of Pom Pom's steet sign. I love how the background is blured. It almost looks imposed.

Oh I just caught up on your posts! Such fun. We're so sad to have missed Greys. Especially Jake. Happy Bday to Paige and Morgan. Greys looks amazing, I love the dirty faces too! I may warn Jake about the dolls head at Pom-poms, he used to be scared of those when he was a kid! B

I love her new sign. It's so cute.

What in the world is that on your kids heads? Looks like you chopped off thing one and thing two's heads and had your kids parade it around. She has the creepiest toys.

I love your name for her. You have to tell where that name came from. Pom Pom. She even has a street sign. That is adorable. Cute pics.
