Then seeing how we weren't going anyway he signed up for the sprint triathlon at the rec center. He did awesome, he placed 4th and finished with a time of 57:46! Yes, he is a machine.
The girls and I were able to watch him finish the triathlon Monday morning. It was fun to see him cross the finish line and the girls were so excited. I also got to see my old friend Jenny B from the glorious softball days, which was an added bonus!

Wow! Is he an Ironman or what? I'm impressed.
Way to go Trent!
Any progress with your knee Amy?
Trent is a great racer and a great helper to me on my computer---thanks, Trent!!!
Love those pics of the girls....so cute! I love their matching outfits, they always have such cute clothes. Any suggestions where I can find capri's for Madison this late in the season? Way to go Trent...those are some incredible times. Amy hope your knee gets better soon...any luck?
Man, that guy is a machine!! How the heck does he do that?? Congrats Trent!

YAY! Way to go. Two races in one weekend. Impressive! I love the pictures of the girls...oh my goodness they are so cute.
Wow, I wish I was a machine! Awesome Job Trent!
Trent really is a machine. I'm jealous his body can hold up so well...so sorry that your knee is still hurting. I knew he'd jump into more tri's, quite an improvement. Ironman. Ironman. Ironman.
For the record the swim was only 400 meters and the bike was 10 miles. Not a full sprint. That's why the apparent fast time.
Whoa...he is a machine! Also, love the red shoes!
A MACHINE! Way to go, Trent. I so admire all that you do. Really, it is so impressive.
