Grandma Hoggie
My mom takes my kids once a week and feeds them dinner (usually pizza), does some fun activity (she knows lots-she's a kindergarten teacher), and plays with them until bedtime (from 5:00 to bedtime!!!). The kids will watch for her through the window when it is Grandma Hoggie's day to play. I don't know who loves it more, the kids, me and Trent, or Grandma. It has been a tremendous help for our sanity and I am so grateful for my mom. Obviously for more things than just Grandma Hoggie Days, but that's another post.

So tonight Trent and I got to go try the new In & Out by ourselves, which ended up being free. That's right, Trent and I won the Laugh Out Loud award for our costumes from Trent's work, which was a Visa gift card. ChChing. Aaahh, so many different things to be grateful for tonight, but none of it would have been possible without Grandma Hoggie.

Thanks Mom, your awesome!

Nice work on the will power yesterday! I seriously don't know how people have any will power when there is candy like that around! You are Heidi are stronger than I am that's for sure!

And your mom is way awesome that she takes your kids once a week. Wow! What a nice break! #3 was a good one!

You forgot to mention she is the best softball coach EVER ;)

Okay, so I read this photography blog and I am 99.9% sure that Oakley is in one of these pictures at Gardner Village in the background. It looks just like her and looking at your posts I am even more sure because it looks like she had a purple shirt on. CRAZY!!:

Good post! I think she is so pretty too. That's one of the first things I told Luke after I met your mom.

Anyway, I also feel grateful to have her and all of you guys as my in-laws. How did I get so lucky...seriously.

OK- I think having an afternoon to yourself sounds so awesome! I love being able to go out with Doug or by myself but now that I'm thinking about it, being at home without the kids would be GREAT! Your kids look so cute for Halloween but you and Trent definitely look awesome! Loved it!
