Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it STOP!!!

I used to really love the snow, but since having kids, it has taken its' toll on my mental stability. It would be different if it didn't take a half an hour to get my kids in their snow clothes for only 10 mins of snow fun! Then it takes another half an hour to get them all undressed and warm. I need the summer back, so I can send my kids out to roam freely! But, unfortunately, we have six more weeks of winter ahead of us. We will see if we survive up here in the insane asylum!

However, I do love our backyard in the snow. It is very peaceful and quiet. Pretty much the exact opposite of what is going on inside our house!

it takes me half an hour to get into all my snow clothes too and then about an hour to warm up after that. I still havent played in the snow this year. Maybe it will stop once I do. I better give it a go.

WOW!..That is a lot of snow. Being in Wyoming for Christmas I don't know how Mom's do it in the snow. It takes so much effort...I thought just putting on Summer's shoes is a pain...haha..boy winter out in Arizona is the ONLY good thing!

Hey Trent and Amy...glad you found our blog cause now I can check in on your crazy life. Amy, you are amazing! With your five kids, you guys seem to be doing quite well. They are all very cute, I can't believe the littlest twins are already so big! I'll still stick to what I said last summer, whenever I feel overwhelmed about having two kids in NYC, I'll just think of you and then try my hardest to be more patient. Good to keep in touch!

I am so ready for the snow to be gone too! I can't even imagine having to deal with it having 5 kids - you are amazing! I would be insane by now...

I love your backyard, you have such a beautiful view of the Temple. I remember when I was younger, I loved to play in the snow and I loved my mom for helping me. Your kids must know that they are loved from all of your hard work. Ü
