We Made it 10 Years...

without buying a washer. Our first washer was Trent's parents old one. When that died my parents had a spare one they let us use. However, it was ridiculously small, which meant triple the amount of loads we had to do. And obviously we have an abundant of laundry anyways, so it wasn't a good combination. And here is the proof:
Like I said. Tiny.
Anyways, our dryer was on the fritz, so we decided to upgrade and get a set. Look at the size difference!!
I wish you could really tell the difference in size, but the pics can't really capture it. Trent and I were amazed though. We just stood there and watched the first load.

And please don't pay attention to the grown-out shaggy hair, double chin, and make-up-less face. Luckily, I am remedying the grown-out hair on Friday, the double chin is here to stay, and the make up thing, well, now that I have a boy hair cut I should wear some all. the. time.

I loved how when we were talking about it, you said somehitng about it being so big that you could probably fit 2 kids in there...not that you would...or would you???

I could fit it in. I almost have to climb in to get the last clothes at the very bottom.

It's amazing what entertains around our house!

You are so funny!! No double chin that I can see :)
But I do understand about the laundry. We just got a new washer about 6 months ago and I LOVE it. I never knew I could love an appliance so much. And with all girls my kids are always changing their clothes. I've had to be a mean mom and put a stop to the multiple outfit changes during the day.
Enjoy the washer and dryer.

You are so cute. I'm so glad you made it all this time without having to spend all that dough on a washer - ugh. But now that you've finally done it, I'm glad you bought a LARGE capacity one. Fill it up and get 'er done! Hurray for you.

We wonder if Trent in the washer will be as cute as Andrew and Aiden in the garbage can (2009)

Glad you like the new washer and dryer. It's always nice to have something new to help with the loads in life.
