Sunday, day 4, was a more relaxing day. On our way to church we took a tour of Columbia. This is where Jake spent the majority of his days here in New York.
This is the diner in Seinfield. I need to re-watch the episodes now that I have experienced a little New York life.
The view of the Empire State Building. It was fun to see in real life. We had a hard time getting people to take a good picture of us and the building.
We ended this night with a trip out to Doug and Amber's. It was fun to just sit and chill with them. Amber made a delicious dinner. New York food has been great, but there is something about a good home-cooked meal that tastes soo good. Then Amber was nice enough to drive us home. She gave us an amazing tour on the way home. Thanks Doug and Amber!

You are so good to blog on your trip. I have loved seeing all the pictures and reading about what you guys are doing.
I have recovered from your kids. Not that I really needed it. We had so much fun. We played the whole time and enjoyed every minute of it. Your parents might hate that they are a little sleep deprived, but maybe they will just sleep alot for them. We were happy to do it and I hope you were able to have the time of your life.
I love that you and Trent are color cooridinated every day! I am so jealous that you guys are still there! I loved every minute of being there! I am excited for you to be home with me again though.
I loved the day by day re-caps of your trip. I'm so glad you were able to have a great Mommy break and enjoy NYC. The trip looks like heaven. We went last year and I already want to go back. So fun. Hope Mommy-ing is going well after a little break.
It sounds like you guys are having so much fun! I am sure it is a much needed vacation for both of you. Such great photos too. Enjoy the rest of your stay!
