The Shredder

Grandma Holly watched the kids for a bit yesterday. Their new favorite activity-paper shredding.

They shredded paper until the machine quit on them.
They got a couple bags of the shreds. They thought it was the coolest thing.

And for those of you who are saying, duh, that is so dangerous. Don't worry, they were closely supervised and that machine isn't as dangerous as their own mother.

Yep, I cut off almost half of Paige's thumb nail and a good chunk of skin with some scissors. This picture is from today and it is already looking better. I should have taken a picture of the chunk, it was pretty gross. Lets just say it was a good thing it was me instead of Trent. He would have passed out.

Shredding is one of my few "chores" at our house and I HATE it!! I could take the kids off your hands for a week and they could shred away for me ;)

Ok, so that line of them waiting with their pieces of paper is hilarious! Creative Grandma . . . Sorry about your heel! Yikes that bruise looks nasty. Hope your races go okay . .

That finger picture is disturbing after the shredding picture! Cut with scissors? What were you doing?
