The Actual 4th of July

We had a busy 4th of July, but it was one of the best ones ever. It may or may not have been because of the new legalized fireworks.

We started the day with breakfast at my parents house. Cinnamon french toast, waffles, bacon, sausage, fruit, and drinks galore. It was delicious. Sorry no pics. I wasn't in the picture taking mood all day. All except the swimming pic came from others, so thanks to all!

After stuffing ourselves we went out to Maga's pool. It wasn't the best weather and most of us just huddled around talking.

After a downpour, we rode home in a soaking wet jeep and started getting ready for our annual Jensen Family BBQ and firework show.

Brooke changed her clothes about 100 times and this is what she ended up in. I think she just wanted to be as cool as me and Jill.

I had so many pics from the backyard show. I quickly went through and put some together. We had quite the crew and quite the fun time.

And I had to add this pic all by itself. Aren't they are so beautiful?

And here are pics of my Hoard. Love them all.

We then moved the show to the front yard. It consisted of parachutes (about 100 I think), sparklers, fountains, and aerials. It was a great show.

Trent and I are still trying to catch up on our sleep from our 4 day weekend of celebrating. But it was definitely worth it. We loved every minute of it.
