Shop (Date) Night

Brooke and I had a little date night. We started it right with a delish meal at Cafe Rio and then headed out to not one, not two, not three, but 5 stores. It turns out finding a plain white running tank (that fits right) is a lot harder than I thought. We did find lots of other things though, like killer deals on swimsuits at Kohls. I walked away with 2 new tops.

And what a perfect way to end our perfect night than with a beautiful sunset. In fact it was so beautiful Brooke wouldn't stop talking about it. So, I told her we should take a picture because it would last longer. :)
And this morning I got to try out some of the other things I found while shopping. Love my retro top. And I am wondering why it took me so long to buy a running skirt, it is sooo comfy and it does a great job at hiding my own "comfy' areas.

And this shot is also for Brooke who recently said she gets bugged by people when they post full body shots of themselves. And just so you know Brooke, Andrew took the pic and he was so excited to do it.

And I don't know what I am doing with my face.

I love the skirt too. It's very flattering. Now you can't give me so much grief for wearing real running shorts...there is reason behind the madness.

Jealous for so many reasons: 1)love that you got a night out with Brooke; 2) I want Cafe Rio 3)wish I could go running myself 4)and you look so good.

BTW, thanks for the nice compliment you left on my blog. But, being totally serious, if you saw me right now you would NOT think there is anything tiny about me. Honestly, I am so fat all over and don't even look like myself. Can't wait to blow everyone's minds in SLC with my enormity.

Fun, love the outfit, and it's a flexing face.
